These rates include 6% sales tax and 3% room tax.

Cash, Personal checks, and money orders accepted.
(We don't accept credit cards at this time.)

Pets are welcome to stay in the heated garage with a

$50 security deposit and $10 per day charge per pet.
(With prior approval)

RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of $200 security deposit.
The $200 deposit will be kept as a security deposit.
Security deposit will be returned after your departure upon inspection,
if there is nothing missing or damage done to the rental.

Confirmation will be confirmed by email or US Postal Mail upon receipt of your deposit.
Rental agreement will be sent to you with confirmation.
Payment and signed rental agreement is due 14 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations received 2 months or more prior to reservation date all monies will be refunded.

Cancellations received 2 months to 14 days prior to reservation date all monies will be refunded
except the $200 deposit.

If we are able to fill vacant time period, the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to reservation date all monies will be forfeited
unless we are able to fill vacant time period.

There is a $25 Cancellation charge.
